    Hurray!! that mole was really delicious.. and the proof of any chili is whether it tastes good when it is cold.. so you can eat it straight from the saucepan in the morning after the night before…

      Mmm, they’re always better with a day’s rest I think. Glad it wasn’t too horrific cold, I was a bit worried!
